Our classes are built around a carefully crafted leveling program designed to guide students toward ninja excellence. Each level encourages the development of skill, confidence, and consistent growth. With a structured and rewarding path, athletes advance at a steady, motivating pace—unlocking new achievements and reaching their full potential every step of the way.

Our Ninja Training Focuses on Three Core Skill Areas:


  • Ninja Skills:  Enter the thrilling world of ninja training, where agility, speed, and precision take center stage. Students learn foundational movements, technical progressions, and signature techniques that capture the spirit of the modern ninja.


  • Parkour Skills:  Dive into the dynamic realm of Parkour, where the goal is smooth, efficient movement over any obstacle. From beginner basics to advanced skills, students build strength, control, and spatial awareness in a fast-paced, fun environment.



  • Calisthenics Skills:  Master the art of bodyweight movement with calisthenics. Our training develops muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance—laying the physical foundation for ninja and parkour success.

  • Bigger Kids: Ages 9-12

Beginner Ninja Classes

Levels 1 & 2

The primary aim of Level 1 is to build the foundational skills and techniques that are essential for any budding ninja athlete. By focusing on body positioning, strength, agility, and safe execution, the program ensures that athletes develop well-rounded abilities that will serve as the basis for more advanced ninja training. 


The main objective of Level 2 is to take the foundational skills from Level 1 to the next stage of development. The focus is on increased intensity, complexity, and precision. These intermediate exercises challenge the athletes' physical and mental abilities, enhancing their preparation for more advanced Ninja training.

Intermediate Ninja Class

Levels 3 & 4

Level 3 aims to challenge athletes both mentally and physically, introducing them to advanced techniques that require a high degree of control, timing, and strength. By pushing the boundaries while maintaining a safe environment, the program fosters self-confidence and mastery over more complex skills. The combination of Ninja, Parkour, and Calisthenics helps in developing an all-around athlete, preparing them for higher levels of competition and personal development.


Level 4's intention is to amplify the physical and mental prowess of athletes by integrating an advanced combination of Ninja, Parkour, and Calisthenics skills. The program encourages athletes to engage with challenging techniques that require a harmonious blend of agility, balance, and strength. Through these disciplined practices, Level 4 sets the stage for athletes to excel in high-stakes competitions and personal excellence, expanding their boundaries and self-confidence.

Advanced Ninja Classes

Levels 5 & 6

The primary intention of Level 5 is to prepare athletes for elite competition and performance. Emphasis is placed on mastering techniques that are both physically and mentally demanding, honing the ability to execute complex movements with grace and control. The integration of various disciplines offers a holistic training experience, cultivating the warrior spirit and developing resilience and determination. Level 5 is more than just a training routine; it's a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, where limitations are challenged, and new heights of human potential are reached.


The primary intention of Level 6 is to hone techniques necessary for top-level competition and performance. It emphasizes mastery of physically and mentally taxing skills, cultivating control, grace, and resilience. Level 6 transcends mere training, offering a complete journey of empowerment, self-mastery, and determination, enabling athletes to break through barriers and achieve the highest levels of human potential.

Toddler Classes


Our Toddler program is an exciting and supportive class designed for young children, where they can develop their physical and social skills in a fun, engaging environment. With the guidance of both coaches and parents, these "little Ninjas" navigate an obstacle course, working on their gross motor skills, balance, and agility. This setup not only helps them build physical strength and coordination but also boosts their confidence as they interact with peers and enjoy a sense of accomplishment.

Air Ninja offers a fantastic opportunity for homeschoolers to meet their physical education requirements in a fun and structured environment. The class not only focuses on physical fitness through activities like obstacle courses but also provides social interaction, which is essential for well-rounded development. It's a great way for children to stay active, build essential skills, and connect with others in a supportive setting.
