At Air Ninja our #1 goal is to inspire kids to do their best and be their best.
Our mission at Air Ninja is to provide a safe environment for kids to gain confidence, grow strength, establish discipline, and learn how to navigate tough obstacles, all while having fun. Our ninja equipment has been developed by experts using top of the line materials and state of the art designs to produce reliable obstacles and course structure. Our ninja course inflatables allow kids to practice ninja skills with a fun twist. The detailed 6-level ninja training curriculum was developed by professionals with a variety of Ninja, Parkour and calisthenics to push students to their max.

The role as the Head Coach is to effectively design and plan classes that are crucial to the success of the coaching staff and overall performance of the team. The head coach should inspire assistant coaches and students to do their best and be their best and uphold the Air Ninja core values:

The Head Coach will be responsible for creating classes that are challenging, engaging, and aligned with the goals of the team and individual athletes. This includes creating lesson plans, determining the appropriate drills and exercises, and being able to effectively communicate class objectives to other coaches. Additionally, the Head Coach must be able to adapt to changes in the team's needs and adjust class design accordingly. The ability to create a well-structured and dynamic class design sets the Head Coach apart and is a critical factor in determining their effectiveness in this role.
As the Head Coach, it's important to have the ability to effectively train and develop current and new coaches in the necessary skills and techniques to coach the leveling system. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the sport, coaching methodologies, and the unique needs of each level of athlete. The Head Coach must be able to create and deliver training programs that are engaging and focused on the goals of the team and individual coaches. This includes hands-on coaching opportunities, training sessions, and ongoing support and feedback. Additionally, the Head Coach must be able to adapt to changes in the team's needs and adjust training programs accordingly. The ability to effectively train and develop coaches is a critical aspect of the Head Coach's role and is a key factor in determining their effectiveness in this position.
